I'm currently writing a program for it... No, I'm serious.
As an assignment for school too.

well you said you would randomly choose it. But obviously you're just choosing it by "random". 😉

My progress on the intro is a bit rubbish cos of real life(tm) so I hope I can finish it in time

The intro will not be remixed, so the deadline for the intro can be easily stretched to the deadline for the remixing... (final deadline is not decided yet)

Ok, perhaps i have misunderstood the idea of remixing, i thought you have to keep the basic render/trans effects and are only free in the styling, which limits your possibilities. But when i can add what i want, and it's still a remix, it shouldn't be a big problem.
Let's see what you have up your sleeve...

The presets have been sent to the dedicated artists/remixers.

From MaTTFURY I didn't receive anything but those mixes, no original presets.
//Sorry Matt, but you've had the same fair chance as everyone else to mail me some original work but you didn't so yes, this means you're out.

Please mail me the remixes within the next three weeks: deadline: March 20th.

Then I'll email the remixes and presets to jheriko because he wanted to write the installer.

Please let me know it if you encounter any problems or didn't receive my email at all.

Thanks for the mail, everything works fine! The dealine seems more than OK to me.

btw how many presets did you distribute altogether? Or how big will the pack roughly become, assuming that every preset gets remixed?

10 participants, 15 presets, (excluding the 'fire vs water' tests and 'bombs away' remixes)
so 30 presets in total if everything will be remixed.

wow! that'll be a decent pack after all! If you remember how unsure some were in the beginning, that the pack would turn out too small.

Actually it began with me believing that it couldn't be done after what happened with the flamepack..

but all those general uncertainties at first. This idea began more than a month ago and -apart from more or less offtopic nonsense- we were discussing all the time.

Those 'bombs away' remixes are still gunna be in the pack though right?

How many "bombs away" remixes will there be? Do you also want to add the "old" ones (eg. the one from paks "avs 4 se" pack)?

I recieved my file. Can I plz send in a late file cause my phonelines, and therfore internet, were down. It's ready now.
