Custom BPM improvement

Something I would like to see in Custom BPM is a "target BPM" setting.
This would tone down music with a too high BPM, but not do that to slower music. Thus, the preset would be much more like how the author intended, regardless of the music (except, maybe, music with no beat).

Slightly off topic, but a general beat detection improvement would be to not detect consecutive 'beats' (like when you get the volume level above the beat requirement two frames in a row).
