Sorry if this is a lame question, too many topics to browse.
Has anyone made an APE (or can they) that can steal the video signal from an AVI or MPG playing in Winamp3 and render it to the AVS?
The reason I ask is that I'd love to have my videos on my desktop overlay.
I know in the wishlist someone posted something about having AVS and video in the same window.
Just wondering if it can be done via APE...

Firstly, APEs are not really wired into the Winamp3 component system, and secondly I don't think it's possible to 'steal' the overlay signal like that.
