Are there any hotkeys for skipping presets in fullscreen?
is there a way to control which presets go in the rotation?
Is there a way to make it stay on one preset, or change the duration of the presets in the rotation?

1: U and I go backwards and forwards in your AVS list.
2: Put only the presets you want in a subdir of your AVS dir, then select that dir for the preset rotation list. (see answer for number 3)

you can also bind preset to hotkeys in the settings->presets/hotkey menu, which is also quite useful
