I can see it have some dynamics in it, but the rotation is linear, the effect is quite "slow" (Just to my taste), and there's nasty edges between each iteration (Not very noticable tho). It's also bi-toned (But pretty much the same two colors all over, and it don't vary much in terms of brightness...)
It's quite good though, and close to par (Dunno whether a bit better or worse) with your "It's Goin Down" pack (Original version)
Attached is a remix... it got so many changes that I probably should've called it a reMAX, but since the original part somewhat shines through (Quite literally if you see the preset), it's more of a typical remix.
