Kylie Minogue video clip

In the new clip of Kylie Minogue(love at first sight) are a few video effects I'd like to create.

It are the block effects and a stairs with blocks I want to create them but I can't do it on my own. So reply if you want to help, I will create a small page with information for everyone who likes it.

Subtract or XOR a blurred version of the image from itself, and then use color clip to brighten it.
