Tentacles - Nice looking for a basic preset...
My preference : Distance cranked up. (Of MP)
Copy 2 times
Set the first two to twice the size in init or something like that.
Set those two to replace, too.
Set the last one to pure blue, and crank up on OnBeat.
Voodoo Loops - Yawn. Seen this before.
My preference : I've seen this before! So I don't need to say much, I guess...
Jagged - Looks like a preset I made in my newbie-to-AVS time... It's called Time Travel.. I don't want to go much into it 😛
My preference : Add a fadeout above the fx list, set input to 50/50, set output to max, disable onbeat enable, disable clear every frame, yup. that's it.
Loops - How the f*** did you do that... The best (technically) and the weirdest looking basic preset that I've seen... wow...
My preference : in Onbeat, crank to max. Serves one wicked AVS mind.
Radiant - Nice, quite good, dunno...
My preference : Hmm, I can't exactly change this one.

Overall : 3-star material...
Suggestions : Research more input/output tricks (Your "Loops" shoes one of the greater effects shown by it), start to move on to more advanced materials - Or at least, try more of the effects - You seems to be confined in the same trans and renders.

I actually thought voodoo loops was pretty good (I'd never seen it before, anyway). You've got a theme going; I wonder whether you can keep it going & have a variety of presets (in appearance).

The best preset out of the group was xorro. That one was very nice. I didn't like the others nearly as much, but that's just me
