i checked out your presets....
they were creative, but before you think about submitting presets or whatever, you may want to learn more about avs, and how to use super scopes and dynamic movement an such,im pretty new my self so take my opinion lightly..

Submitting
As for publishing your AVSes here, go the plug-ins area and click the "Submit a plug-in" link at the top of the page, below the tabs.
Though I wouldn't recommend submitting small packs of AVS presets when you haven't learnt everything about AVS. It takes 2-3 weeks for something to get published here, so by the time it's out, it's not a good representation of what you can do.
