Problem using avs

I recently began having problems avs2.5. It constantly stops and starts along with the music in fullscreen and windowed. Also the 848x480 fullscreen mode displays diagonal lines flowing across the screen, nothing resembling an a preset. I know the avs is the problem because when I disable it, winamp works fine. This began when I changed my video card to geforce2 mx400. Initially, the avs worked fine, but after awhile I began to run into the problem. I installed my original video card, ATI all-in-wonder radeon, but the problem still doesn't go away. Is this my video card or the AVS. Please help!!

Just cause the problem presists after installign your old card on which it used to work perfectly, I'd hazard a guess at eithe AVS or a system setting somewhere.

Found the problem!

If anybody else has this problem, the problem is with the mp3pro plugin I installed. I don't know why this plugin was causing the music to constantly start and stop when the AVS was on. All you have to do is delete the in_mp3pro.dll file from your plugin directory. Everything should work after that at least for me anyways! 😛
