AVS with Live Music
I do some DJing for a side job. I don't really want to use Winamp to play my music cause I like to fade my doulbe decked cd box but is it possible to feed the live audio into Winamp though the line in on my SB Live 5.1 MP3+ and then have AVS go to the beat so I project it on the Megatron?? I have tried messing with the Input settings but I can't figure it out. Thanks.
How to do it
Ok I was asked how I did AVS to live music. pretty simple, take an output from your board and put it into the line in on your sound card and make sure it's not muted in the volume control in windows. Then go into Winamp and add url "linein://" it will make a entry in your playlist called "Line Input" once you hit play it will start your input going through Winamp then just start AVS. Easy as PIE ;-b
