How to add a picture to an avs?

I want to do some effects with an image i have, but i dont know how to add the picture to the effect list. I know that theres an effect called "Picture" but therers only a list which is always empty.....

Please help!

Put some pictures in the AVS directory and the list won't be empty 😁.
