Whacko AVS I and IV Has missing bitmap images

some presets like Glass pyramid, Second Reality and nuclear warfare are missing bitmaps.
i downloaded from acko.net and i didnt have any error in the installation, but is there any way i can get the missing bitmaps?🙁
