Dumb Simple Questions

Is there a way to setup only a few presets from the included winamp, and change them by simple keyboard commands?

I am wanting to use some of these as backgrounds for a concert, but I need to be able to control them on a dual monitor setup.

Anyone ever done this?

uh, crap. I found how to add presets. Crap.Sorry.

Now, still want to know if these can be controlled on other screen/keyboard commands?

well you could modify the presets using Unconed's VJ-ape, available from www.acko.net
but first you would have to dip, or rather dig, into the whole AVS-thing of course

for dual monitor setup search this forum it's been asked quite a few times

You can attatch presets to the F-keys somehow.. can't check how since I am at work, but its easy enough to work out that I never bothered to remember how to do it...

Open avs with one of your desired presets. Open the editor, go to settings>presets\hotkeys> and save that preset to a hotkey. Do this for all the presets you wish to use.

How about hotkey for next and prev presets?

Or where are the basic docs for AVS, the FAQ is thin in places.

Dual monitor setup is not supported by avs.
Milk is capable of that so why don't you ask around the milk forums.

as for the doc try WoTL's AVS Quick Start Guide.
that might get you somewhere.
