Gradients to Colormap?

There are literally thousands of Photoshop and Paint Shop gradients available for download on the web. Is there any way to convert these to the .clm colormap avs format? I've converted a few manually, but it is a slow tedious process.

It would be super if this could be done automatically somehow. :-)

which is a pity. at least some advanced cmap editor would be sweet. i remember what a pain my 256 colors cmap was to create 🙂

I took a little look at the psp gradient format, its an unreadable mess... so is the CLM format... shame really.
