Hello!

I have a question about AVS. I mix sound for some local band her in a little Town in Norway and use sometimes the visualizations effects and show on a bigscreen, from a “line-in” on the soundcard. And that work great! – BUT, when I shall view some text on the screen (example; Power Point) to a song, I must of course take off winamp. BUT are it possibility to show both part? In other words you show the winamp visualizations and take the Power Point text over the visualization. (You only see the text from Power Point, not the black background)

Start avs, right click on window, select AVS editor, select 'settings' from that.

Check 'overlay mode', select the colour of your background image colour from the colour selector and away you go.

So if your powerpoint background image is black, select that in the colour picker, anything that is then black will be replaced by avs, if you text is white, that won't be affected, note everything that is black will also be replaced, so you might wanna pick an obscure colour for your background image, less chance of it conflicting with other stuff that way.
