No AVS Plugin

Well, I read through the troubleshooting, and searched my way through the first 6 pages, and haven't found an answer, so here I am.

When I go to activate avs, I don't have any plugins there to activate. Is there a link somewhere to download avs? I know it comes with winamp already, just I've tried installing winamp a few times over and no avs plugins show up.

If anyone has any ways to solve this problem, it would be deeply appreciated.

You might have installed Winamp under the compact installation, which cuts out all things nonessential.

Seems it was just a stupid mistake on my part. It is working now.
