You can have a wallpaper with overlay mode on. I have one on right now. Setting overlay color to the desktop color doesn't replace your wallpaper, just the color your wallpaper doesn't cover up, it's the same thing as changing it manually by right clicking on the desktop, going to properties->desktop->desktop color, and changing it that way, having winamp do it just makes it easier. You can put the overlay color into the desktop image and get a really cool effect. For example I'm using
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...isc/treeso.gif as my background, I set the overlay color to the blue stuff and put the image as my desktop. The preset goes on the blue parts and looks really cool. Try it, and if anyone comes up with a cool image to do this with tell us!
