Is this a wish or can it be done already ?
Change the the font size of the viz title in window mode as its nice to know what your looking at but without it being larger than life in a smallish window.

no, the fonts are done in points and are relative to the window's resolution. And you can't change the font size or type etc.
You can however "suppress status text in windowed mode" if you go to the settings/display context menu.
I dont know if its been suggested, but its not a bad idea to have changable fonts for all the standard text things.
For now, all you can do is adjust the size of the window, and make sure pixel doubling is turned off.
