please help me. i dont know how to create a visualization

hi. for a project , i have to create a visualion that moves to a playing mp3. i have to use C# and directX. i havnt a clue where to start. please help me? im so stuck. anyone with anything, even another site that might help me. thanks all

There is a whoel forum for him with the visSDK but some people just like to spam
