seperate avs window

I've seen screan shots with only the avs window and the playlist showing, how do i do this?

(For those of you who didn't get that, its a ripoff on a simpsons quote- from the episode where Lisa and Bart both move to 3rd grade. After they get lost and meet the hillibilles, the guy says "...and I married a bear!". His wife says "I TOLD you, I am NOT a BEAR!", and the guy responds, "oh, roar roar")
