Is there any way to flash render/picture in replace mode like render/on-beat clear ???

Try using UnConeD's Picture II APE.
OR
Put the picture renderer in an effect list with Enable unchecked and enable on beat checked.

where do I find UnConeD 's picture 2 ape ? I tried the effect thing but it not quite what I'd like (though kinda cool).
Having trouble with AVS? Need someway to figure it out? Why not ask for some help!
A simple search would have found it.
and the effect list can do more than that, so play around with it a bit.
