Mhhh... I have searcht the forums, bevore I wrote this Threat.
Is it possible, that the AVS Beat Detection since Winamp 2.90 is a little buggy?
It sometimes finds out BPMs of more than 50000.... you surely believe that AVS does not look good with such high BPMs?
If if copy the vis_avs.dll from Winamp 2.8x over the new one, everything is OK... So, what is new?

nothin that i know of. Something seems weird though - 50000???
happened to me once, bpm 3000
yeah, it happened to me too.
Asked before in the forums. SEARCH dammit.
Anyways...
I got 170K+ - It's just a little bug when the low frequencies get a little... well, you plug in a word.
Switching to Advanced beat detection might help if that happens ridiculously often, but otherwise, stay at Standard beat detection.
arson_they_piss and hi rack sony, you had nothing to add, don't post...

That never happened to me.But its damn weird...Winamp hits again!
Where are the changes between v2.5 and 2.6? The older AVS-Version is working very well with the new Winamp! 🙂 So, I have no problems with this bug!
