can't resize AVS window to a square

why I can't resize the AVS window to a sqare like in older winamp versions, how can i get rid of the minimum value for the width side

You can resize to a square with all versions that I know of.

You can't get rid of the minimum height or width requirements - they aren't configurable.

256x256 is a possible resolution with the newest winamp 2 version

thats an issue of avs 2.6.1, you will have to downgrade to 2.5.x to be able to resize it freely

that's bad 🙁
and with a hex editor, can I change with a hex editor the values

i tried changing the size in the winamp.ini, but avs 2.6.1 is unimpressed by this. as i said, get some old avs version (winamp 2.81 for instance).
