A nice introduction. Covers the variables in enough detail yet won't confuse all teh newbies.:)

When we get a couple more of the AVS tutorial type things completed (I know many are in the pipeline) I will make a sticky post of them all or something therefore hopefully cutting down on all the How do I do...? questions.
