DM Beat Detection
Hey guys, I have a question about DMs. Is it possible to figure out the BPM in the DM itself (assuming the user is using advanced beat detection)?

musty thread
Okay-this thread was getting old, so I thought I'd guess an answer & at least put it near the top so somebody like UnConeD can prove me wrong :)
To answer your question, not that I'm aware of. This almost sounds like something for the Wishlist, but I'd be surprised if they included it in the next version of AVS---but you never know.

a direct possibility to figure out the BPM does not exist, i tried to do it, while i count the framerate (frame=frame+1 in the frame-section) and the beatrate (beat=beat+1 in the beat-section) but because the framerate is diffrent (any preset 16 fps another one has 25 fps...) its not possible to find a good result. but the idea is if 20fps = 1200 fpm -> beat * 1200 fpm / frame = x fpm
