Q. Winamp Visualisations into Premiere?
I would like to 'record' some winamp or other sort of visualisations (that go to the beat) into Premiere for my majoy year 12 production.
Is it possible, and, if so, what software do I need?
:winamp: Thanks
btw, of course full credits will be given to winamp and the creator of the visualisation if I didn't make it myself :)

This forum is only about AVS, a specific plug-in. If you wish to capture AVS's output into AVI, you can use an 'APE' I wrote called AVSGrabber (get it from http://avs.acko.net/). You'll need to insert it into the preset, so you need to have a basic understanding of how AVS works.
For other plug-ins, you'll have to use 3rd party applications that allow you to capture the contents of your screen (or capture it via Video out). Do a search in these forums for more info about AVS.

Obviously posted in the wrong place. :):p (sorry AVS people but they are teed up for me ;) )
For other plug-ins easiest way might be using Eonic plug-in it has a built in capture thing. See

.
You can take any screen capture program..I recommend camstudio as it is freeware and it can capture only a portion of the screen (make a search in google to find it)

The regular Winamp2 visualisations forum I guess. As I said, this one is about AVS only.
