3D Accelleration.
This has probably been suggested *MILLIONS* of times now.
But:
Is it possible to make AVS take advantage of 3D acccellerated graphics cards, like the Random Intelligent Vis in the NSTFS does?
Excuse my Eglish.

If you know it's been asked a million times before, use the search feature to locate one of those million answers :P

They said something about using 2-D pixels, so it wouldn't work.
But the technology's moved on since then.

who says that AVS has to be 3d to be good.

Well we don't need actual 3D, but a 3D card can be used to accelerate some parts of AVS. Milkdrop uses the 3D card to do a dynamic movement. Some parts of AVS can't be done as easily in a 3D card though, so it's not easy to implement.
