Is there a way to have the water effect with a Blitter feedback or roto blitter or a movment without the water makin it all ugly... I attached an avs to show what i mean

Nope, due to the nature of the water effect... it's just a hack that someone found out by accident. What's happening is that the picture gets blurred, and the previous frame gets subtracted from that. If you think of what happens to one pixel, you'll see how the water effect emerges:

One pixel is blurred into a blurry spot. Then the original pixel is subtracted from it: what remains is a ring. When blurred again, the ring expands both inward and ******d... but because the previous frame is subtracted, most off the inward expansion is removed. It's cool that it's that simple, but because it's not a fully dynamic water simulation, it has problems.

IS there a way to write an ape to simulate it better?..
