is it fair if you do a whole pack just using elvis 3d start as a base?

Hmm....I don't know Montana.

My creations are made from scratch, and sometimes I build off of the ones I have already made.

I would say that you would prolly have to ask Elvis that one, cuz I don't know the answer, but, in my opinion, if you can alter the AVS enough, I would say it is fair.
