Nope
that is as far as I know NOT possible I always add comments but they can easily be deleted. There will always be rippers no matter how good you protect your stuff, (stupid) people will always find a way to rip it.

Protection
The only way to protect it from ripping is using very complicated superscopes/dynmovements that are difficult to decrypt for lamers

Better idea
There must be not 20 unused vars. All of them must be used. For example, let's suppose you use pi number in your superscope. Then define p1=3.14159265/2, and p2=3.14159265*2(I am too lazy to multiply)
then use p1*2 in one place and p2/2 in another. WHen someone will try to change them, he'll get garbage on screen.
