Both PP's VisFrac APE's (1&2) for AVS are in 4P (PP's Plug-in Package) :
http://users.pandora.be/mstevens/4PSetup.exe (1 mb)

taken from contents section in readme
- VisFrac AVS Render APE v1.3
- VisFrac2 AVS Render APE v2.0

(more info on various old Gen_disc threads, search for "4P")
