HDMI and AVS
hello,
can anyone help me here?
I use a HDMI cable to listen to my mp3s through my tv, only problem is with AVS the picture comes through but not the sound.
I dont have this problem with Milkdrop or any other software etc.
Am I missing something in the settings?
Thanx for any help with this...

As far as I know AVS only reads the audio from the main player, and is unable to change the audio itself.

Let's find out if it's AVS or your connection to your TV:

If you disable/enable AVS while playing music, do you hear the music then?
If you connect speakers or a headphone to the 3.5" minijack connector from your PC, do you hear the music then? and again, if you disable/enable AVS, what happens?
