Could use some help with this spectrum analyzer preset
Hi all,
I found this spectrum analyzer script for AVS a long time ago and someone here modified it for me, but I can't find the old thread.
It used to work just fine on 32bit XP, but it doesn't seem to work in Windows 7 64bit. There aren't any error messages, it just doesn't display anything. Maybe because Winamp is in a new path? (C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\Plugins\avs\WMP11 BlueSpectrum)
Would someone here please take a look?

It's most likely not the preset but winamp itself. it works fine on my system.
please read this article.
In short: AVS runs best in windows 7 with Winamp 5.581 and AVS 2.81d

Thanks for looking into this. I backed off to 5.581 and it's working fine now.

just keep in mind that older versions are not supported by tech support and do not have the security fixes that the most current one has.

That's okay. This version is stable and working, does what it's supposed to do, plus I usually access Shoutcast via Firefox anyway. Thanks again!
