yeah, they're called clock and you can buy them with digital display since 1972!

AVS doesn't know the system time, it can find how long it's been since your pc booted or current track pos / length but that is about it.

It wouldn't be too much effort to make a simple count down though, but you'd need to start the preset at the right time yourself.
