AVS in foobar2000
as you might know already, avs also works with old versions of foobar2000 (0.8.x only). all you need is the baconwrap plugin. for detailed instructions, continue reading here.

however, texer images will not be displayed when using avs with foobar2000. have a look at this list for more compatibility issues.

sorry to highjack your post jan, but this may be useful to you as well: shpeck does esentially the same as baconwrap and works with more recent versions of foobar (i'm using the latest stable version, 0.9.5.6). it works a bit slower than winamp for me though.

edit: i hadn't tested texer with shpeck before reading your post, doesn't seem to work either.

edit2: clearing this up just in case - texer doesn't work, texer2 does.

that's great news, havn't heard about it - and you're right, it's texer1 that's not working
