i like the concept, but i don't like the execution so far, needs some more work, i think it needs more movement

Ahh it's good.
The response of the swirls is very nice.
The use of the video delay + EL gives the preset some nice extra shades.
The preset also does look like a quite good interpretation of a nightmare.

cheers matt! i tried a coloured version but i could never find a good combo. if you guys want you can tweak it around and post it back up. if i like it enough i might include it as a remix when v10 is released >.>

Already had my fun with it.
I merged the flowyness into the 3d dms of Unconed's energy ball preset and it looks sweet. mind if i preview it in my new Yearly remix package i'm starting.

I still wish i could have made the edges of the cube meet istead of the seperation.
