Some of us were bitchy / acting as jerks because some idiots kept on provoking us and acting retarded...

Back to the original question:
Is "After Effects" a video-editing program? To use an AVS effect in a video-editing program, you must convert the AVS effect to a video file (AVI format). Go to [this FAQ], and read "Question 12".
