can´t turn off avs
my avs always start automatic and i can´t turn it off i like avs but its piss me off when starts when i don´t want it to start

Winamp -> Preferences -> Plug-ins
Disable "Auto execute visualization plug-in on playback"

For your information this isn't AVS's fault at all, it would execute whatever plug-in currently selected, wheter that be milkdrop, R4, Tripe-X, geiss or Dancing Girl.
