I thought it was your original preset. Definitely, it's a remix of zamuz - big bang... but, worth on seeing it, I think.

The flame looks cool but I really dislike the first frame (intro), zooming and spreading over screen makes it nonsense about seconds. Try to avoid that.

Gud luck for ur remix..

water is it's fuel :p

yep it's a remix of zamuz - big bang as I mentioned in the comment of the preset.

I think the starting frames show you the explosion that caused the fireball to form :weird:... infact, I couldn't avoid that, I tried reversing the color clips, color map and blending methods with no success.
but I almost ate those sliders of mosaic and blitter feedback for the best details of the flame ;)

Nevermind, just keep it. It's good enough for a preset :)

If it wasnt in such a noob context I would make a wise crack about how every programmer is ultimately reduced to flipping signs at some point or another. Oh wait I did...

Since it relies on feedback a technique which can be used here is to take a screenshot of some frame, and use it as the source data for the first frame. Personally I find it too much effort and normally leave a warm up phase in a preset.

I'd tried it before in some of my presets, the results were great ;)
