What's What???
Can anyone please list out what are the meaning of the functions used in creating the AVS equations? Like d, r, u, i and everything. I know some are put in the expression example but there're vague :igor:
Another thing is, regarding the Superscope, so basically all of the structure is written using the equations and we actually gather these scopes to form an object or whatever right?
HELP ME :(

basic superscope guide: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=61119
AVS programming guide: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....hreadid=195792
in those, you can learn all effects in AVS. your questions are also answered in them :)

Try clicking the amazingly vague "expression help" button in AVS.

All of this is answered in the AVS FAQ in this forum, which smart people read.

It's nice that everyone is nice (especially moderators), but i think someone just should rub birdman's feathers a bit so he would not ask stupid & obvious questions next time :P

i DID try to be nice. i admit the mistake for not being able to find the answer to my question. it would be nicer if my question wasnt asked in this first place. so you know, it was flaming me too when i was answered such a way, and if anyone is hurt then think bout how it'd got to me first. ok? thank u hboy for ur answer. next time if a newbie in this forum query smtg he/she shudnt might as well the thread is discarded rather than being humiliated or flamed. if Winamp is meant for smart ppl only then pls make a huge reminder that says, "Winamp is for smart ppl who can write AVS" or whatever. hope you guys understand.

If AVS was only for smart people, then why the heck do you think we spent time /writing/ that FAQ in the first place? We did it so that people like you wouldn't have to go around asking the same questions over and over again.

I think AVS should be for smart people only. There should be some sort of test when you open the editor.
