Selling screenshots as art
I have develped many images from avs presets that I've created. I have also found a way to print and frame these screenshots. I am curious as to whether or not I can legally sell them, and if so, what are the requirements so that I may.

If they are 100% made by you, then you can sell them. But if you want to sell presets containing anything from someone else, you can't do that.

This includes general ideas i.e. you saw someone else's work and tried to re-create that with/without using his code.

One more thing. If I post my presets here on Winamp.com will they go down on record as mine.(stupid question, I know, but you never know)

Well not like there is any booking on AVS presets (what's who's and so on) and winamp-com isn't the only place where you can submit presets :) Take for example DeviantART a very popular place for presets & community action.
But anyway, i can undestand what you mean (sort of) and you don't have submit them if you don't want to, but we like sharing our AVS work with others around here :)
They are your presets, wheter or not you submit them.
