Volume meter
Hi,
I would like to know that is it possible to make a volume meter using directX components. More to be specific using one DirectXSound's SoundBuffers it is possible to play and record, so does any body know to make a volume meter from the buffer.

P.S: Here the Volume meter refers the measurement of the speaker energy via a sound capture device.

AVS doesn't use DirectX. This question should be asked in the Winamp Development forum
