fixing distortion in overlay mode?
I am using AVS's overlay mode (AVS replaces the desktop color), and I noticed that any AVS presets with symmetrical geometries and shapes (such as spheres, squares, or circles) look stretched vertically. This is quite annoying, and I was wondering if there is any way to fix it.

nevermind, I just figured out how to fix the distortion:
Resize the AVS window (clicking and dragging the corners). This changes how it looks on the desktop

And it slows down like hell... Good presets use aspect ratio anyways.
Next time, please use the edit button instead of double posting ;), thank you.

that aspect ratio fix doesn't help here, deamon
you could of course assume an aspect ratio of 4/3 for the overlay mode, but that would not help much since the windowed image would then be distorted...
