New AVS Set's
How can i insert my own AVS Set in to WinAMP Site plug-in list ?:confused: :weird:

just copy your .avs files in the following directory:

./winamp/plugins/avs/

Your presets will now appear in the root folder of avs. Subdirectories can be added after the root. Images and custom ape's etc. have to remain in the root folder.

Deamon, i think he ment how can he submit his presets to the winamp site...

G_JDean, all you need to do is to Register to the service and your good to go :)

If your having trouble in making a installer (.exe) then check out Pimpbot the click-it-yourself installer creation tool for avs packs.

You should submit your stuff in the AVS presets forum first. If you're a newbie, chances are it's really not that impressive: everyone loves their own stuff.

One more question: can i submit my presets to the winamp site in *.rar or *.zip archives, without installer.

To UnConeD: i think my presets is not bad, my set contain remixes of EL-VIS, Marco, Justin, Zen-X, Trance, Novosel and your presets (EL-VIS REAL 3D - Liviginabox.avs, EL-VIS REAL 3D - Negative.avs, EL-VIS REAL 3D - Wave.avs, EL-VIS REAL 3D - Superspiro.avs, UnConeD - lll - Discoball.avs, etc.)

You cannot submit without installer. Just use Pimpbot, it's really easy.

G_JDean: I Would advise you to create some of your own presets to submit as opposed to remixing others only. Remixing other peoples presets can get you called a ripper if you aren't careful.

BTW you told Unconed that you remixed some of his presets and then put a bunch of El-vis presets in the brackets.

one more question: can i submit *.exe (SFX- archive) maked by WinRar?
FOR hungryskull:
remixes is less than 20%, most of it have only "skelet" (3D rotation algorithm or 1-2 efects) of original preset. Now i create my oun 3D rotation algorithm programming PSY and PHY angles, not axis rotation (rx, ry, rz).
I gonna contine improve my AVS mastery.

It all comes down to legal issues, you can't submit it if it's illegal to do so. I don't know about winrar, but most people submit illegal winzip exe's to the wa site.

But why can't you use pimpbot? It's easy and much much better than any crappy package-tool self-extracting exe's...
