DDR+TEX2=this
My first preset in a while, thought id better give some time towards tex2. I wanted to make a DDR style visual, pretty colors and smooth geometry stuff. Basically, i used to watch the ddr visuals for about a half hour a day while i waited for street fighter challengers, and its right next to the SSFex2Plus machine. :D

A little unfinished, but im stil not game to make a finished preset untill avs2.7 and texer2 are released properly.

ps, it would be cool if somone remixed and put in DDR arrows falling from the top of the screen :D

oh, requires a texer from tugg's resource pack.

...And thanks ALOT steve.

I like the way you made the particles expand according to the brightness. Looks neat.

i'm sure it's a revolutionary new effect that has been introduced to avs but the end result doesn't really look like much to me. i guess it's not my type of avs or something.

Pixelcraft : Then perhaps one of these presets 'd tickle your fancy?

(in other words, I'm too lazy to open a frickin new topic. yawn.)

:O

NIC!!
Ripplescope2 looks insane! Doesnt look like avs.

Cool sidd! Now with Texer II it might just be possible to make a viable fullscreen dynamic gradient that uses a per-point grid :D *drools*

Also Nic's Ripplescope looks awesome!

well then. texer 2 is a badass ape with bananas! :p

was wondering what ddr means in this case..

20th November 2003 04:59 UTC

Dance Dance Revolution, I'm assuming.

20th November 2003 05:46 UTC

yes, dance dance revolution.. the "dance arcade simulator" and not the "band".

I like the looks of acronym finder ;)

Incase you were wondering, its a arcade game where you have to dance to music by slaming your feet on pads. The only good thing about it is the crazy visuals that they have on the screen.

i thought so, but the screenshots i found on google didn't convince me you meant this :)
