Unconed made one. Tuggummi remixed one, and there's a helluvalot more of 'em.
Search the plugins section for Whacko avs, there is one in one of his packs, though I don't know which one.
Also, read the Matrix skin topic in the main avs forum, there are a lot of matrix presets there.

I have done one too, but the 'letters' are with different colors (see MatHarmo there).
BTW, try to search for Matrix in the AVS forums ...
