Yup, here you can post single presets (which isn't very wise to post at the plugins section...) or packs for the AVS community to look at and give feedback & suggestions etc.
Usually presets here are eventually included in a pack the author publishes on to plugins/components section, these forums are merely a place for help on improving your work :)
