Make a new sticky in the AVS Troubleshooting forum that links to the FAQ...based on this thread, it might alleviate the posts caused by people not reading the FAQ.

It might be a good idea to sticky the Tips & Tricks 2 thread as well. It has a lot of tips for new users, so they don't ask the same question over and over again.
