Vomit
I'd like to make a preset that looks like vomit. One of those real meaty "Ive sucked down three cartons of piss and four Bigmacs and washed it down with a strawberry shake and ralphed it all up on the neighbours front porch" vomits... hmmm... where to begin??

Also you can search for those "lava" presets, most of 'm have great DM's you can trow over your vomit preset.

btw. Where ffs did you get this idea?
