You can add several blurs or a convolution filter (Assuming the preset is in an effect list). Slowdown will be rampant.

There are some other options, but they are preset-dependent... Upload (up to 5) the presets that you want to soften... maybe we can help... (This doesn't mean the rest of you newbies, k? we do this once in a while, but certainly not everyday)

Or stick in the microwave for a few minutes :D.

Maybe his using pixel doubling? Presets tend to look a bit "crunchy" when using pixel doubling :igor:

Open the avs editor and go to: Settings -> Display and uncheck Pixel Doubling

On the other hand if you don't understand english then there is little we can do to help :igor:

Even tough i might sound a bit like Atero (which can be fun as well :p ):

Guys, what the hell are we doing here?

1 Newbie.poses_dumb_question
2 Newbie.even_can't_explain_what_he_means
3 Do
4 We.start_guessing_what_newbie_means
5 We.give_possible_solutions
6 Newbie.meant_smf*k_else_but_still_can't_explain
6 Until We.guess=right

Is this the sense of having an AVS Forum???
